This Sale Agreement is a legal contract between the Customer and CellphoneOrb.com. Please read all of these terms and conditions carefully as the use of this site and ordering of products through this site indicate your acceptance of all of these terms. If you do not agree with these terms please discontinue your use of our site. CellphoneOrb.com reserves the right to modify, alter, or update all or any part of these site terms at any time. Please review these terms prior to each use of this site to verify that conditions and terms have not changed since your last visit to our site.

Pricing

CellphoneOrb.com reserves the right to correct and/or change a price due to and not limited to manufacturer’s price changes, changing market conditions, product discontinuation and in any other exceptional circumstances. CellphoneOrb.com takes every measure to ensure the prices on our site are as accurate as possible. If the price change occurs, the customer will be notified via email and/or phone of the change before payment is processed.

CellphoneOrb.com cannot be held liable for any errors in pictures, descriptions and any other information on listed products. CellphoneOrb.com attempts to be as accurate as possible, yet does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Orders

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. CellphoneOrb.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.


Cancelation:

· Orders cancelled in 2 hours or less after placing the order and before shipment will be cancelled immediately with no fees.
· Orders cancelled passed 2 hours after placing the order will be charged 5% cancellation fee of the total invoice amount.
· Orders cancelled after package was shipped and refused on delivery will be charged 8% cancelation fee plus shipping and handling fees.
· All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours. CellphoneOrb.com reserves the right to delay shipping.

For unlocking service, once the order has been successfuly submitted and processed, IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED. Customers must wait till the whole process is complete and the unlock code is released.


Payment Methods

CellphoneOrb.com accepts PayPal and/or Google Checkout as well as all major credit cards. We also accept Certified Checks, Money Orders, Wire Transfers, Personal Checks, but these methods may delay shipping. For more information please contact

Shipping & Handling

All shipping charges are based on weight and handling fees of the order. CellphoneOrb.com reserves the right to use any courier including UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, etc.

· If order was shipped to incorrect address that was provided by the customer, CellphoneOrb.com has the right to charge any additional shipping costs.
· If order was refused on delivery, CellphoneOrb.com will charge 10% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
· If order was damaged during shipping, please REFUSE the delivery and contact CellphoneOrb.com with your order number. If you accept damaged order you have to contact us within two days, so we can arrange a carrier inspection (You must have to have original box, packing slip and merchandise), any claims will be rejected after this period of time.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from CellphoneOrb.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Sales Tax

Customer is responsible for sales tax for orders being shipped in TX State only.

Returns

Prior to any return, customer must obtain an RMA number from CellphoneOrb.com. Order must be returned in its original box. Product must be returned in its original manufacture box, with all accessories, and manuals.

· All returned products have to be tested, before we can issue a refund or exchange any products.
· If you have received defective product, you must let us know within 2 days from when the package arrives. After that period all claims will be rejected.
· If you wish to return products which are NOT defective, you must do it within 7 days after from when the package arrives. You must return the product in its original box with all original contents (such as manuals, CDs, accessories). Customer will be responsible for 15% restocking fee and any other fees which may occur. Unlock Code Orders

· The TURNAROUND TIME should only be used as an estimate of how long a service should take to be delivered. Full Refund does not apply to delays in delivery if the service is delivered later than expected. We ensure the fastest delivery time from our side, be sure that we will always do our best to release all orders as soon as possible.

· You must provide correct and accurate information of your handset and the service provider. Double check the IMEI number! Submit only the first 15 numbers. Ignore any dashes, slashes or dots when entering your IMEI. The IMEI number is a unique 15-digit identification number for your phone, which is displayed when you type *#06# on your phone's keypad.

· Before ordering, make sure you have not used up the 3 attempts to enter the correct code. No Refund will be given if you have previously attempt to unlock device by entering wrong codes at least 3 times.

· Refund will not be given where customer has bought an alternative unlocking solution before properly and fully receiving the service ordered from us.

· If you provide us with the wrong IMEI in most cases you will get a "IMEI NOT FOUND" and you will be able to give us your correct IMEI. We will reprocess it without any extra charge, however if you provide the wrong IMEI and a code does come back we offer no refund, so please ensure your IMEI is accurate.

· If an IMEI submitted shows "UNLOCK CODE: NOT FOUND" this means we were unable to process your code, in that case you will be given a full refund.
