Return Policy

Return Policy:

15 Days on all merchandise purchased from CellphoneOrb.com. All returns covered under our return period are subject to the following:

 

Return Rules/Instructions:

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by CellphoneOrb.com must accompany all returns.

RMA numbers must be obtained no later than 15 days from the date the product was received. After 15 days, all product returns must be handled directly by the manufacturer or warranty provider.

CellphoneOrb.com will not honor requests for exchanges under any circumstances.

All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts accordingly.

All RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.

All returned products have to be tested, before we can issue a refund or exchange any products.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for all refunds.

Claim for missing accessories or product not as advertised must be reported within 3 days from the date the product was received.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

 

How to request for Return:

To return an item, please go to “Orders” page and click on the order that you want to return. Click on “Registration of the return” and follow the instructions. Once you submit everything print packing slip and include it with the item you returning. (Returns received with no RMA number will be rejected and returned back to the customer)

 

Returning Defective Products:

If you have received defective product, you must let us know within 3 days from when the package arrives. After that period all claims will be rejected. Defective units can be exchanged for the same model only.

 

Returning NOT Defective Products:

If you wish to return products which are NOT defective, you must do it within 15 days after from when the package arrives. All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging, all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts accordingly. 

If returned package has no RMA number attached/written on it (box), it will be rejected and sent back. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

 

Restocking Fees:

15% - When returning not defective items (not an open box).

20% - When returning not defective items (open box). Phones must register less than 60 minutes of talk time (if more than 60 minutes, package will be returned to customer)

5% - Additional fee will be charged if returned order is missing any of the original contents, plus a retail cost of each missing item.

 

Cancellation Policy:

•  Orders cancelled in 2 hours or less after placing the order and before shipment will be cancelled immediately with no fees.
•  Orders cancelled passed 2 hours after placing the order will be charged 5% cancelation fee of the total invoice amount.
•  Orders cancelled after package was shipped and refused on delivery will be charged 8% cancelation fee plus shipping and handling fees.
