If you would like to update your billing/shipping address please click on “My Account” tab on top of any page and make appropriate changes. After you done updating your address click on “Update” button on the bottom of the page, in order to save updated information in our database.
To cancel the order you must Contact Us via email or by phone as soon as possible. Please note that if order was cancelled after shipment you will have to pay restocking fees (for more information click here)
Yes, we do allow you to place an order without having to Register for now.
To return the product you’ve purchased from us, first find the order/product that you want to return by logging in to your account and clicking on “Orders” link, then click on “Request Return” and follow easy instructions. If you need help with something you can always contact our friendly stuff. Please note that certain restocking fees apply (click here to see more information)
No. For security purposes we don’t allow our customers to have more than one billing address. But if you need to update the billing address you can do it by clicking on “My Account” link on top of any page.
You can check the status or your order by logging in to your account and clicking on the “Orders” link on the right. All orders that you have placed with us will be listed there. You can search for specific orders using Total Amount of the order, Order Statuses, Period of Time, or Order ID. Also you can use “Track My Order” box without login in. Simply type in your email or order number, and we will send you instructions on your email that you registered during checkout.
Simply click on “My Account” tab on top of the page and you’ll see “Forgot your password?” link right below the “Log in” button. Click on it, on new screen type in your email that you have registered with and we will send you instruction on your email.
Shipping Rates & Methods:
All shipping rates are being calculated automatically, based on your shipping address. After you provide us with your shipping address, our servers will communicate with servers of our shipping carriers and give you the best and the most accurate rate possible.
No. The shipping rate that you pay includes all fees.
If your package is being shipped to Canada or United State you don’t have to pay any duties/fees. For all other Countries, please contact our office.

Yes. After your order has been completed and shipped, you can login in to your account to see the tracking number. Once you click on your tracking it should bring you to the carriers tracking page. If, for some reason you experiencing problems with tracking number, please contact us as soon, as possible.
Yes, we only ship our products using reliable delivery couriers that provide tracking numbers.
We try to ship all orders the same day as they were placed, but in general it can take from 24 to 48 hours to complete your order. Please note, that we reserve the right to hold your order for more than 48 hours, if it requires additional authorization.

To find out the shipping cost just add whatever you would like to purchase from us to your shopping cart. Once done, click on “View Cart” on the top of the page and on the cart contents page, right below the “Gift Certificate Payment”, you will see a link “Estimate Shipping Cost”. Click on this link, enter your address and click on “Estimate”. In a few seconds the system will show you appropriate shipping cost, and then just select the shipping method and you are good to go.
Ordering:
Once you done browsing our website for the products that you like to buy, add them to your Shopping Cart by clicking on “Add to cart” button next to the product you are interested in. After, click on “View Cart” and here you can review all the items that you’ve added to cart. You can also remove, update, and add products at any time prior to checkout. When ready, click on “Checkout” button and follow instructions. If you don’t have an account with us, you will have to create one on the same page. Select the shipping and payment method and click on “Place Order”, after you will transferred to confirmation page and an automatic confirmation email will be sent to you.
Our website is hosted on a private server and uses SSL Certificates on all order processing pages with highest 256-bit Secure Socket Layer encryption. All Account Pages are protected as well.

To prevent Fraudulent Activity on our website we will only ship products to your "Billing Address". If you would like to purchase a gift for someone or you have other issues with shipping address please contact us.

For Domestic Shipments:
We only charge taxes (8.25%) if your package is being delivered to Texas State, otherwise there is no taxes involved.
